RWORKSAI LEGAL

Privacy notice

This notice explains how RWorksAI processes personal data for candidates, employers and platform administrators across Europe and Morocco.

Effective and last updated: 7 August 2026

1. Controller and contact

RWorksAI is the service responsible for the processing described in this notice. Privacy and data-subject requests can be sent to hello@rworksai.com. We verify a requester’s identity before disclosing, correcting or deleting account data.

2. Data we process

We process account and contact details, professional profiles, skills and employment preferences, companies and job postings, applications and favourites, security metadata, audit events and support communications.

  • Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes.
  • External job listings retain their original publisher and application URL.
  • AI career content is not sent to OpenAI while the feature is disabled.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to provide requested account and recruitment services, operate and secure the platform, prevent abuse, meet legal duties and improve reliability. Depending on the activity, the basis is contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Sharing and international transfers

Data is shared only with authorised users, relevant employers when a candidate applies, service providers acting under contract, and authorities when legally required. External job applications take place on the publisher’s website under that publisher’s notice. Any international transfer must use an applicable legal mechanism and documented safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We keep data only for the period needed for the stated purpose, legal claims, security and audit obligations. Access controls, encryption in transit, restricted secrets, audit logging, backups and tested recovery support confidentiality and availability. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to a competent supervisory authority. The account privacy workspace supports export and deletion requests. Some records may be retained where law or legal claims require it.

7. Children and changes

RWorksAI is intended for people legally able to seek work or recruit in their jurisdiction and is not directed to children. Material changes will be dated here and, when required, communicated through the service.
