These terms govern access to RWorksAI. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them and to the privacy notice.

1. Service and eligibility
RWorksAI provides multilingual job discovery, candidate and employer workspaces, application management and administrative tools. You must be legally able to enter these terms and must provide accurate information. Employer users must be authorised to act for the organisation they represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials, account activity and promptly reporting suspected compromise. Accounts may not be shared, sold or used to impersonate another person or organisation.
3. Jobs, applications and external sources
Employers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and non-discriminatory nature of their postings and recruitment decisions. Public-source jobs remain attributable to their publisher and candidates apply on the linked publisher site. RWorksAI does not guarantee that a listing remains open or that an application results in employment.
4. Acceptable use
You must not break the law, scrape or overload the service, bypass controls, upload malicious content, harvest personal data, send spam, publish deceptive listings or discriminate unlawfully. Security research requires prior written authorisation.
5. AI features
AI features are optional and disabled unless explicitly activated. Generated material is assistance, not a hiring decision, legal advice or a guarantee of accuracy. Users and employers remain responsible for human review and lawful decisions.
6. Intellectual property
RWorksAI and its original software, design and branding are protected by applicable rights. Users retain rights in their content and grant the limited permission needed to host, process and display it for the service. Third-party listings and marks remain the property of their publishers.
7. Availability, suspension and termination
We may maintain, change or suspend features to protect security, comply with law or improve the service. We may restrict or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to lawful retention.
8. Liability and disputes
The service is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, employment outcomes or third-party accuracy. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer, employment and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
